Apple added a new glory update to its existing series of iPod Touch range with the new Fifth generation iPod Touch recently that we have already reported. We have come across some notices regarding the shipping of the slimmer iDevice. 9to5Mac reports that the devices are scheduled to arrive by October 15th which is well in sync with the announcements made by the manufacturer. Apple has also released the “iPod Touch User Guide for iOS 6” earlier today. This in some way seems to may or may not coincide with the first death anniversary of Co-Founder Steve Jobs.

Engadget’s Richard Lie has reports of the fifth generation iPod Touch available in Hong Kong stores but we had no luck with stores in US and UK.
